CDB-financed (EU CARE Programme) project supporting the Government of Belize to develop a multi-hazard impact-based forecasting and early warning system focused on the Belize River Watershed. Strengthens the National Meteorological Service and the National Emergency Management Organisation through consultancies, ICT and weather-monitoring equipment, public education, and capacity building.
